Rissbacher - Description

Stumm 1 km from Kaltenbach: cosy, comfortable country house Rissbacher, on the outskirts, 1.5 km from the centre of Stumm, 2.5 km from the centre of Kaltenbach, in a quiet, sunny position. Private: garden, lawn sunning area, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: ski storage, central heating. Bread roll service. Motor access to the house. Parking by the house. Grocers 1.5 km, restaurant 300 m, ski bus stop 100 m. Swimming pool 1 km, tennis 800 m, mountain lift 2.5 km, cross-country ski trail 300 m. The gym in the owner's house (A6272/445C) can be used free of charge. Adventure park with swimming-pool, wild west fort, large play-ground, ski-lift for children and bathing lake, only a few minutes away. The shuttle ski-bus, is only a hundred meters away, and takes you for free to ski resorts (2.5 km away) Kaltenbach or to the popular Zillertal Arena with the ski resort Zell-Gerlos-Koenigsleiten. Refined house in a great area! The basement apartment is very rarely inhabited (own entrance).

Kitchen-/living room (4 hotplates, oven, dishwasher) with dining corner. Bath-room, sep. WC. Upper floor: 1 double bedroom. 1 room with 1 double sofa bed and 1 double bed. 1 double bedroom with shower/WC. 1 room with 1 x 2 bunk beds. Bath/WC. 2 large balconies, south facing position and west facing position. Terrace furniture, deck chairs. Lovely view of the mountains. A double room with an ensuite cupboard room. From almost every room, there is direct access to the large balconies. The kitchen has a large dining area and beautiful wooden panelling. There is also a lovely tiled stove in the living room. Maximum of 14 people and a cot in the accommodation. Additional price for the 13th and 14th person to be paid locally: EUR 10/person/day.
