Landhuis Rosengarten - Description

This wonderful spacious home is situated in a beautiful detached house within a stone's throw from the cosy centre of Zell am Ziller. With its gondola, this location forms an important entrance to the incredible skiing area of Zillertal Arena. You have all the facilities of the centre and the skiing area within easy reach, without having to reside directly within the bustle of it all. With the ski bus at a mere 250 m, this home offers an ideal base to explore the Zillertal Arena. The home, which can be reached through a private entrance by means of outside stairs, covers the entire 1st and 2nd floor. The five bedrooms, which all dispose of a sink, some of which even have their own bathroom with a shower and toilet, make this the ideal home for families travelling together. The typical Austrian, cosy furnishing, finished with a lot of wood, provides the atmosphere you can expect during a well earned holiday. The very friendly owners are always happy to tell you more about the area. Finally, we would like to mention the ski boot heater, which saves you from cold ski boots. In short: all the ingredients for a wonderful ski vacation.
