150 m from the village centre with shops, restaurants, discos, etc. It is approx. 100 m to the free ski bus stop and 800 m to the lifts of the Ziller Valley ski region. The house has a small reception, a ski room, a non-smokers' lounge and free parking places.

The cosy non-smoking apartments each include a living/sleeping area with pull-out sofa bed, cable TV, telephone and balcony as well as a shower/wc. The kitchenette has a 2-ring hob (excl oven) . The 4-person apartment (approx. 45 m ²) includes an additional bedroom with double bed. The 6-person apartment (approx. 58 m ²) includes an additional bedroom. The 7-person apartment (approx. 95 m ²) is located on two storeys and includes an additional bedroom with a double bed and single bed. Self-catering.
