New farm-house, in a quiet, sunny position on a slope. Motor access to the house (in winter snow chains necessary). Parking. Grocers, restaurant 3.5 km, ski bus stop, bus stop 1.8 km. Swimming pool 5 km, ski lift, cable cabin 4 km, ice rink 5 km. Please note: car essential. Up to 10% discount in the the sports shop Sport 2000 Sandbichler - see local description!
