Ski Chalet AT6300.110.1 - Description

Itter: small, cosy chalet terraced, in a hamlet 2 km from the centre of Itter, 1 km from the centre of Kirchbichl, 3 km from the centre of Söll, in a quiet, sunny position. Private: nice garden, lawn sunning area, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: central heating, washing machine. Parking by the house. Grocers 1 km, restaurant 150 m, ski bus stop 80 m. Swimming pool 2 km, indoor swimming pool 4 km, mountain lift 2 km. All summer and winter sport and shopping possibilities can be easily reached. The free ski bus takes you to the Salvista mountain railway, into Austria's largest inter-connecting ski region with 250 km of runs. In summer, you have a wonderful hiking area on your front doorstep. This pleasant cottage is adjacent to the holiday house A6300/100. Both properties have completely separate areas with the exception of communal parking.
