In a beautiful panoramic position cosy house, above Telfs, in a south-facing, elevated position. For shared use: grounds 7'000 m2, indoor pool. Private: garden. In the complex: sauna, solarium (all extra). Central heating, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Covered parking in the grounds. Grocers 500 m, ski bus stop 1 km, bus stop 400 m, tennis 1 km, golf course 6 km, ski lift 12 km, ski school 12 km, cross-country ski trail 7 km, ice rink 1.5 km. Please note: free of charge ski bus. Baby equipment on request. Indoor pool, sauna and solarium in the main house. Price for linen is per person and change-please reserve when booking!

4-room house 120 m2 on 3 levels, cosy furnishings: entrance hall. Living room with 1 double sofa bed, dining corner and satellite-TV, exit to the garden, to the terrace. Kitchen (4 hotplates, oven, dishwasher, micro wave, freezer). Sep. WC. On the lower ground floor: large, 1 room with 2 beds, 1 double bed and dining table. Shower/WC. Upper floor: 1 double bedroom, exit to the balcony. 1 room with 2 beds, exit to the balcony. Bath/shower/WC. Large terrace covered. Patio. Terrace furniture, deck chairs. Very nice panoramic view of the mountains and the countryside. Please note: maximum 2 dogs accepted. The large bathroom also has twin wash hand basins and a bidet.
