In the house: central heating. Motor access to the house. Parking by the house. Grocers, restaurant 200 m, bus stop 100 m, swimming pool 5 km, indoor swimming pool 5 km, tennis 5 km, golf course 15 km, sports centre 5 km, cable car 15 km, ski lift 15 km, ski school 15 km. The holiday apartment is located in the new extension to the house, built in 2006. Direct sales of milk and eggs. Children will also be happy here with the many farm animals. The county capital Innsbruck and Seefeld are within 20 minutes by car. Several ski regions nearby.

Terrace covered. Terrace furniture, box-room. Please note: apartment for non-smokers. The living room is very high and has beautiful open roof rafters. The apartment has a mixture of modern and rustic furnishings. Maximum occupancy: 8 people. Surcharge for 7th and 8th person.
