Telfs 10 km from Seefeld: very comfortable, luxurious country house Leitner, above Telfs, on the outskirts, 2 km from the centre, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position on a slope. Private: garden 300 m2 (fenced), lawn sunning area, indoor pool (6 x 3 m, depth 150 cm), patio, terrace, garden furniture. In the house: sauna, jacuzzi. Central heating. House maid on request (extra). Parking. Grocers, restaurant 600 m. Tennis 1 km, golf course 7 km, sports centre 2 km, mountain lift 10 km, ski lift 7 km. Numerous ski resorts within easy reach. Beautiful garden with biotop and water-lillies (fenced). Wonderfully quiet location in a beautiful neighbourhood not far from local amenitie - a perfectly furnished house of the highest quality. The house is not suitable for a family with young children.

4-room villa 200 m2 on 2 levels, south facing position, rustic and luxurious furnishings: entrance hall. Large living room with panoramic window, with cable-TV, radio, CD-player, stereo unit and tiled stove, exit to the terrace. Open dining room. 1 double bedroom with hand-basin and shower/bidet/WC, exit to the balcony. Open kitchen (4 hotplates, oven, dishwasher, micro wave, deep freezer). Sep. WC. On the lower ground floor: 1 room with 1 double bed and cable-TV, exit to the garden. Sep. WC. Balcony. Large terrace. Deck chairs (4), box-room. Lovely view of the mountains and the countryside. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, safe, hair dryer. Garage. Please note: apartment for non-smokers. The living room has a cosy Swedish style stove. Large wardrobe. There is a beautiful, large health club situated in the basement with indoor swimming pool, sauna, steambath, whirlpool, shower, bar and cosy relaxation area. The glass door to the garden can be opened in summer. There is also a cosy sitting area on the lower ground floor.
