In the middle of the Ziller valley lies the renowned village of Kaltenbach. Ca. 2 km. from the centre of Kaltenbach you'll find the cosy hamlet of Stumm. On the edge of the village lies a very luxurious villa. On the ground floor of this newly built villa you'll find a completely new, modern apartment with its own private entrance. The characteristic, blue front door already indicates that this is a very special property. This deluxe house with lots of wooden accents has two bedrooms and no less than two modern bathrooms. In front of the house you'll find a spacious, enclosed garden with terrace and garden furniture. From here you have a breathtaking view of the surrounding mountains.
