Medraz: comfortable country house Schönherr, in the district of Medraz 1.5 km from the centre of Fulpmes, 4 km from the centre of Neustift, in a quiet, sunny position. For shared use: garden, lawn sunning area, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: sun terrace, central heating. Parking. Grocers 1.5 km, restaurant, ski bus stop 200 m. Swimming pool, indoor swimming pool 2.5 km, tennis 200 m, mountain lift 2 km. Playground, fun park, 200 m.There are only 2 apartments in the house, which are both for rent through Interhome. Both apartments have use of the beautiful garden with sevearl terraces, deckchairs and a small organic pond. Unrestricted views of the Stubaier Alps. Situated in an ideal place, there is great access to the various ski resorts in the Stubaital (Schlick 2000 2km, Elfer lifts 4 km, Stubaier glacier 25 minutes by car). 1 parking space in the garage per apartment. Access to the house via a few steps. 10% discount on ski hire at Intersport Schoenherr in Neustift.

Living room with open fireplace and cable-TV, exit to the garden, to the terrace. 1 double bedroom with hand-basin. 1 room with 1 x 2 bunk beds. 1 room with 1 bed and 1 double bed. Kitchen (4 hotplates, oven, dishwasher) with dining corner. Bath/WC, shower/WC. Large terrace partly. Very nice view of the mountains. Please note: only 1 dog accepted. Maximum occupancy inclusive of child's bed (should it be required): 7 persons.
