Stans is situated 36 km. north-east of Innsbruck. House Marianne (80 m) is of a good standard and covers the 1st floor. It is peacefully located, on the edge of the forest. You can enjoy a nice, spacious, half covered sun terrace (30 m). You can park your car in the carport in front of the house. Various, lovely walking routes start from the house.
