In the house: ski storage, central heating, washing machine, tumble dryer. Parking. Grocers 4 km, restaurant, ski bus stop, bus stop 300 m. Swimming pool 4 km, tennis, riding stables, ski lift 300 m, cable cabin 6 km, toboggan-run 300 m, cross-country ski trail 30 m. Walking routes from the house. Ski equipment and mountain bike hire, 300 m. Health centre at Kirchdorf, 4 km. Scales, nappy changing table, high chair and swing available on request.
