Grocers, restaurant 800 m, indoor swimming pool 1 km, mountain lift 200 m, cross-country ski trail 1 km. Please note: There are more similar properties for rent in this same residence. Safe available, 3 free mountain bikes, swimming free in Olympic sports centre in Seefeld, hunting arranged if required.

2-room apartment 65 m2 on 2nd floor, very nice and tasteful furnishings: living/dining room with 1 double sofa bed, dining table, cable-TV and radio, exit to the terrace south facing position. 1 double bedroom with cable-TV, exit to the balcony. Open kitchen (4 hotplates, dishwasher, micro wave). Shower/WC. Small balcony 4 m2, north facing position. Small terrace 5 m2, south facing position. Terrace furniture. Very nice panoramic view of the mountains and the countryside. Please note: apartment for non-smokers. Only 1 dog accepted. This apartment can occupy up to 4 people. Local extra charge for the 3rd and 4th person is EUR 5/person/day.
