For shared use: garden, lawn sunning area, patio, barbecue. Parking. Grocers 2 km, restaurant, ski bus stop 150 m, mountain lift 7 km, cross-country ski trail 20 m. Lakeside bathing at the Seefelder Wildsee, approx 8 km. The house is situated on the Seefelder Plateau, set apart from the main road. The alpine park Karwendel as well as the Wetterstein mountains are situated right on the doorstep and offer a myriad of walking, cycling and mountainbike routes which are there to entice the most bashful of mountaneers.
