Grocers 350 m, restaurant, ski bus stop 30 m, swimming pool 1 km, indoor swimming pool 1 km, public bathing area 1.5 km, tennis club 1 km, golf course 8 km, sports centre 1 km, mountain lift 300 m. Please note: There are more similar properties for rent in this same residence. Bar. Games area. 1 Home trainer. Small public park nearby. The indoor swimming pool is closed for cleaning between 15/4-15/05 approx.

Kitchenette (2 hotplates, grill). Shower/WC. 3 small balconies. Nice view of the mountains. Facilities: safe. Please note: only 1 dog accepted. Once of the bedrooms has a corner lounge. Nice, clear interior.
