Haus am Teich - Description

Brand new (2008) 2 bedroom appartment in a converted tirolean farmhouse, between Kufstein and the well known village of Söll in the Wilder Kaiser area. The accent here is very much on nature. The drinking water comes from a mountain spring, the location on the side of the mountain is idyllic, and rather than a pool, there is a natural pond (15m x 8m) to swim in. Next door is a sunbathing area and a BBQ house.

The owners really have thought of nearly everything. In the house there is a games room for the children, and a breakfast room which doubles as a friendly bar in the evening. For those who do not take up the breakfast option, bread can be delivered to your door in the morning.

In the area there are the picture postcard settings of the Hintersteinersee, the Wilder Kaiser mountains, and the chic medieval town of Kitzbuhel.

Whether it's the Harley fest in Kitzbuhel, the summer festivals in Söll, Scheffau, Ellmau, and Kufstein, the Cow festivals in early autumn, there is something on almost every weekend in the area
