Edenhof - Description
Schwaz: Simple farm Edenhof, above Schwaz, 3 km from the centre, in a secluded, quiet, south-facing position on a slope, in the countryside. Private: grounds, lawn sunning area 80 m2, garden furniture. Parking by the house. Shopping centre 2 km, bus stop 500 m, tennis 1 km, ski runs 4 km, cross-country ski trail 2 km. Besides the easily accessible local hiking and ski resort Kellerjoch, here you have a starting point for visiting the various ski resorts in the Tirolean lowlands. The county capital Innsbruck can also be reached in just 20 minutes by car. The barn and stables behind the house are used for agricultural purposes.

4-room house 102 m2 on 2 levels, simple furnishings: living/dining room with dining corner, TV, radio and tiled stove. Kitchen (4 hotplates, dishwasher) with dining table. Sep. WC. Oil heating. Upper floor: 3 rooms, each room with 2 beds. Bath/WC. Balcony. Patio 25 m2. Terrace furniture, deck chairs. Nice view of the mountains and the valley. Facilities: cot. Please note: only 1 dog accepted. Living/dining room with stove.
