This large, detached chalet-style holiday home is in a beautiful, quiet sunny position. It is at the edge of a wood on land of 1,400 m2. You have the chalet to yourself so privacy is guaranteed. There are six bedrooms and five bathrooms. The chalet is spacious with a ground floor and a basement. The furnishings are well maintained. All rooms have under-floor heating. You have the use of several balconies and a large garden with seating areas around the chalet. The centre, restaurant and shops are 1 km away, the beginners lift is also 1km. The Grossraum Brixental ski resort is five minutes away by car. Cross-country skiing and the ski-bus are 1km away.
