An pleasant first floor appartment overlooking the river in the charming border village of Scharnitz. The kitchen and living room are seperate, same as the bathroom and toilet.

A flight of steps takes you down from the balcony to the garden, and then through to the footpath with runs along the river.

A short drive from the chic international resort of Seefeld, where rich Italians go to be seen, and directly at the gateway to the Karwendel Massif, famous for its jagged limestone peaks and rolling pastureland.
