An unassuming appartment with balcony overlooking the river in the charming border village of Scharnitz. The kitchen and living room are seperate, so are the bathroom and toilet.

A flight of steps takes you down from the balcony to the garden, and then through to the footpath which runs along the river.

A short drive from the chic international resort of Seefeld, where Europe's rich go to be seen, and directly at the gateway to the Karwendel Massif, famous for its jagged limestone peaks and rolling pastureland.
