One of 5 excellent modern appartments in the building, the quiet setting above Sautens at the start of the Oetz Valley belies the proximity to Austria's most popular ski resort - the glacier resort of Sölden.
However, with only 5 minutes to the lift to the family slopes of HochOetz, and only 25 minutes to Austria's highest resort - Kühtai, with its wide, sunny, and comparatively quiet pistes - the choice of skiing is wider than you might have thought.
Fully equipped kitchen/living area with satellite TV, radio and a welcome bottle of schnapps upstairs - and downstairs a small wellness area with a sauna and solarium.
