Die Grüner Idylle Typ 1 - Description
Beatifully finished appartment in a wonderfully rural area. Located a couple of miles off the beaten track at the start of the Oetz Valley, the location oozes space, calm and class. The grounds are vast, and include a great kids play area, a natural swimming lake, and a floodlit BBQ hut. The sauna and solarium inside emphasise the quality of the accomodation, which has its own balcony facing the waterfall 600m away.
The owners also run a riding school and small farm.
Sautens is best known as the canyoning and rafting centre of the Oetztal, whilst the valley itself is the hiking capital of Tirol.

Ground floor: 1 sauna (shower, tanning bed / solarium, sauna, Toilet), 1 ski-storage (washing machine).
On 2nd floor: 1 hall, 1 kitchenette (microwave), 1 living/diningroom (radio, CD player, balcony), 1 bedroom (single bed, double bed), 1 bathroom (shower, sink, Toilet).
