This farmhouse where the apartment is situated in Oberau is at the beginning of "Zauberwinkelsweg" at an altitude of about 1,080 meters. Due to this height, the farmhouse is well situated and offers a splendid view. This apartment is stylishly equipped contributing to its pleasant atmosphere. At approx. 1 km away from your holiday home there are langlauf routes where you can make brilliant tours. The Alps change in the winter and become a real skiing paradise. The skiing area offers enough possibilities for the novice and the experienced skier. Sleigh rides, toboggans and many après-ski activities guarantee you a relaxed holiday!

In the summer, you can explore this magnificent place on foot, which is a real experience. The Wildschönau offers 50 km of walking routes. This is the way to discover the picturesque areas.
