This newly built chalet enjoys a lovely sunny location in the cosy village of Niederau, just 150 m. from the ski lift. The chalet is built in a typical Tyrolean style with lots of wood and covers both the ground floor and the 1st floor. You have no less than 110 m2 of living space!

The decor is tasteful and the use of wooden floors contributes greatly to the more intimate, cosy feeling of this house. The house is fitted with all modern conveniences including a modern kitchen with every possible built-in appliance, internet connection and under floor heating in the entire chalet.
