This appartment lies peacefully on a cul-de-sac, next to sunny alpine meadowland. The neatly decorated property (75 m) is on the ground floor, under the owner's own flat. Owing to being built into the hill, you access the ground floor property from the front door via stairs. From the livingroom and the bedrooms you have direct access to the large open garden with terrace (southwest). There is a enclosed garden with garden furniture, barbeque.

Only 400m to the village centre, and a short walk accross the meadow to the Hochserles mountain lift.
