Large, comfortable semi-detached house Ötztal, built in 2005, in a quiet, sunny position, in the countryside. For shared use: garden (fenced) with lawn, lawn sunning area, barbecue, children's playground. In the house: sauna (extra). Billiards table, games room, ski storage, central heating, washing machine (for shared use, extra). Bread roll service. Motor access to the house. Parking at 50 m. Grocers 2 km, restaurant 2 km, ski bus stop 250 m, swimming pool 3 km, thermal baths 3 km, tennis 3 km, skisport facilities 11 km, toboggan-run 500 m, cross-country ski trail 20 m, ice rink 2 km. Please note: free of charge ski bus. The owner lives in the same grounds. There are more similar properties for rent in this same residence. The owner can organize reasonably priced ski courses, toboggan and ski hire (please book). The sauna and games room can be locked but are available to both properties. The glacier ski resort of Soelden is a few minutes away by car; the Aqua Dome a few minutes walk. Cycle and hiking paths from the house.
