This recently built energy saving holiday house offers an apartment on the first floor (approx. 76 m2). This apartment is very suitable for allergy sufferers with their central vacuuming installation and ventilation system. The flat is decorated in the suitable colours for the motto 'the four seasons'. The apartment benefit from a quiet location but they are close to the high street running through the Ötztal. The bus stop - with free ski buses - is only approx. 50m away.
The Ötztal with the famous ski areas of Sölden (ca. 15 km) and Obergurgl (ca. 30 km) is very popular with winter sports enthusiasts. But the other seasons have their charm too. In spring you will find wide green fields with yellow flowers and lightly snow capped mountains here. In summer the 'Alpine roses' are in bloom and autumn is magnificent with all its glorious colours !
