This recently built energy saving holiday house offers two luxury apartments on the ground floor (approx. 51 m2). The apartments are very suitable for allergy sufferers with their central vacuuming installation and ventilation system. The apartments are accessible for wheelchair users. The flats are decorated in the suitable colours for the motto 'the four seasons'. The apartments benefit from a quiet location but they are close to the high street running through the Ötztal. The bus stop - with free ski buses - is only approx. 50m away.

The Ötztal with the famous ski areas of Sölden (ca. 15 km) and Obergurgl (ca. 30 km) is very popular with winter sports enthusiasts. But the other seasons have their charm too. In spring you will find wide green fields with yellow flowers and lightly snow capped mountains here. In summer the 'Alpine roses' are in bloom and autumn is magnificent with all its glorious colours !
