For shared use: garden, lawn sunning area, patio. In the house: central heating. Parking. Grocers 8 km, restaurant 1.5 km, swimming pool 8 km, ski lift 150 m, cable cabin 15 km. There is a beautiful view of the mountains from the house as well as the opposite side of the valley of Fliess. Walking routes and mountainbike paths from the house. The Fiss-Serfausskiig region, approx 20 minutes by car.
