2-room apartment: 4 beds, living/bedroom with pull-out couch, dinette, 1 bedroom with double bed, balcony, approx. 40 m².
2-room apartment: same as above, yet larger, extra kitchen and foyer, yet small, no balcony.

Winter tip
Sledding possible in front of house with good snow conditions (along the country road).
