Villa Schönfeld is in a unique position in Kitzbühel. It is only 200 metres from the ski-lifts and the picturesque town centre. The villa is well positioned. All facilities, restaurants, shops and the station are within walking distance. You won’t need your car. The villa was completely renovated in 2008, the result is superb. The luxurious holiday home covers the ground floor and has its own entrance, so privacy is guaranteed. The interior is attractive and has all modern conveniences. The new home has three spacious bedrooms, a modern bathroom and a pleasant living room with a delightful open fireplace. French windows open onto a south-facing wooden lounge terrace.
