Apartment house Michael, above Kirchberg, 2 km from the centre, in a sunny position on a slope, in the green. Private: garden 300 m2 (fenced), lawn sunning area, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: ski storage, central heating. (In winter snow chains necessary). Parking. Grocers 2 km, restaurant, ski bus stop 700 m. Public bathing area 2 km, tennis 700 m, cable car, mountain lift, toboggan-run 1 km, cross-country ski trail 700 m, ice rink 2 km. Enjoy the beautiful view of the mountains from the house. Hiking paths from the house. The house has 2 parking spaces, 1 of which is a garage space.

3-room apartment 100 m2, on the ground floor: entrance hall. Large living/dining room 30 m2, with 1 double sofa bed, open fireplace, dining corner and cable-TV. 1 room with 1 sofa bed, 1 double bed and shower/WC. 1 double bedroom with bidet and bath/shower/WC. Open kitchen (4 hotplates, oven, dishwasher). Terrace, south facing position. Terrace furniture. Very nice view of the mountains and the garden. Vacuum cleaner. Parquet floors. The sofa bed in the double bedroom is only suitable for children. The apartment is also suitable for disabled guests as there is a 2nd entrance. Please provide your own firewood.
