This modern, superbly maintained farm house is ideal for a groups of friends or family accomodating up to 8 guests. House Hölzbauer consists of a modern kitchen and a seperate spacious and cosy dining/living area on the groundfloor with Sat-TV. The first floor has 4 large double bedrooms each with ensuite bathroom with shower/toilet. Additionally each bedroom has a balcony which offers uninterupted views of the surrounding meadows, farm houses and mountains. Other features include a ski/snowboard room and free parking.

House Hölzlbauer enjoys a quiet location with restaurants only minutes away. The free ski-bus is 100m from your door where can access the centre of Kirchberg and ski-lifts. For summer guests there are numerous walking trails which begin outside your door. Shared entrance and hallway. Your apartment is not a separate unit. Your rooms are situated on the ground floor as well as along the communal corridor on the 1st floor.
