The Rosi country house is in a lovely sunny spot. It is only 300 m from the attractive village of Kappl. The holiday home is on the first floor of this detached house. The house has its own entrance, so privacy is guaranteed. The home is suitable for 5 persons. It can also cater for 7 persons as there is a sofa bed in the spacious kitchen. The comfortable, simply furnished home has 2 bedrooms, a spacious live-in kitchen and a simple bathroom with a sloped wall and limited standing height. The kitchen leads to the balcony which offers breathtaking views. As the holiday home is near the ski-run you can ski to your front door-step, snow permitting. There is a terrace In front of the holiday home with play equipment for children.
