Kappl is located 21 km to the southwest of Landeck. Landhaus Melanie is located at 1.5 km in elevation in a sunny and quiet location 3 km outside of the centre of Kappl. This very spacious flat (140 m2) is located on the 2nd floor, has a separate entrance, is very well maintained and has modern furnishings with a wide balcony with a lovely view. The garden, with garden furniture and grill, table tennis and table football are also at your disposal. In the summer it is the ideal base for walks in the wonderful mountains, in the winter the ski bus will pick you up right on the doorstep and whisk you the nearby ski area.
