Ski Apartment Type1 - Description
If you are looking to ski directly from your holiday home, then this is the property for you! House Arera is situated directly next to slopes. From your front door you can ski to the gondola. You'll find the cosy town centre of Kappl at only 300 m. The house was built in 2004 and contains two well kept apartments. The 6-7 persons accommodation (AT-6555-58) lies on the 1st floor and the 5-6 persons accommodation (AT-6555-57) on the 2nd floor. All of the bedrooms have a private bathroom with shower and toilet. Both apartments have a balcony blessed with a beautiful view of the valley
