The village of Kappl is near Ischgl in the famous Paznauntal. The detached Grisseman holiday home is at a height of 1490m so snow is assured. The house is around 3 km from the valley. You will enjoy sole occupancy so privacy is guaranteed. The house consists of two holiday homes on the ground floor and first floor. It is ideal for large groups or two families as there are two separate living rooms. There is also a drying area for ski-boots. Payment is required for use of the washing machine. The Grisseman holiday home is an excellent address for a successful winter sports holiday.
