Kappl is situated 21 km. south-west of Landeck. This extremely high standard, detached house stands in a quiet setting, 1.5 km. from the centre of Kappl in the hamlet of Niederhof. Besides the home of the house owner, the accommodation contains three holiday properties. The 4-pers. property (AT-6555-51) with private entrance is located on the ground floor. On the 1st floor you'll find a 9-10 pers. property (AT-6555-52) with balcony. On the 2nd floor lies a 5-6 pers. property (AT-6555-53), also with balcony.
