Motor access to the house. Parking, individual garage (extra). Grocers 2 km, restaurant 200 m. Cable cabin 5 km, skisport facilities 5 km, ski bus stop 10 m, toboggan-run 1 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Patscherkofel 5 km, Bergeralm 10 km, Schlick 14 km. Please note: free of charge ski bus. Free ski bus service to the ski region Steinach and Patscherkofel. In this working farm, you can buy fresh milk. The nice summer house with bar and shower/WC and the deck chairs are also for shared use. 2 additional rooms with shower/WC available on request (extra, payable locally).

2-room apartment 60 m2 on 2nd floor, comfortable and cosy furnishings: entrance hall. Living/sleeping room with 1 double sofa bed, dining table and satellite-TV. 1 double bedroom. Open kitchen (4 hotplates, oven, dishwasher, freezer). Shower/WC. Balcony. Nice view of the mountains. Facilities: washing machine. Please note: non-smokers only. Only 1 dog accepted. The balcony is accessible from the hall. Local extra charges: garage EUR 3.65 / day.
