Very nice, comfortable house with 3 apartments Hundsbichler, in the resort 100 m from the centre of Hippach, in a quiet, south-facing position, in a cul-de-sac. In the house: central heating. Motor access to the house. Parking by the house. Grocers 50 m, restaurant, ski bus stop, swimming pool 100 m, mountain lift 500 m, cross-country ski trail 20 m. Please note: There are more similar properties for rent in this same residence. Mountain lifts at Ramsau/Gerlosstein, 500 m. Mountain lifts at Ski-Zillertal 3000 which is the largest skiing area in the valley, 1 km. Mountain lifts in Zillertal Arena, 3 km. Mayrhofen, 2 km. The nicely furnished holiday house is idealy situated in both a sunny and quiet possition and close to the centre.
