This detached villa is located at the foot of the Gerlosberg, not far from Zell am Ziller. The holiday home, newly built in 2010 is situated on the ground floor. You reach the residence via its own entrance (with a stairway), privacy guaranteed! Everything is brand new and stylishly furnished. This can be seen in the spacious living room with modern kitchen and the three separate bedrooms, each in a different colour. From the garden you have a breathtaking view over the surroundings. The free ski bus stops nearly in front of the door, and will whisk you to the largest ski area of the Ziller Valley within a few minutes. There is also plenty to enjoy here in the summer. Various walking trails start right at the door.
