Königsleiten: new, luxurious apartment house Sonneck, in a central, quiet, sunny position. For shared use: children's playground. In the house: restaurant, sauna, solarium (extra) jacuzzi. Lift, ski storage. Bread roll service. Covered parking, communal covered parking. Grocers 500 m. Cable car 50 m, cross-country ski trail 100 m. This is a holiday home of execptional quality. The favorable central location makes for a stress free, relaxing holiday. The mountain railway of Zillertal-Arenawith its 115 km of pistes, cross country skiing and walking paths - all easily reached on foot. Included in the price: health club with sauna, steam bath, and sun beds. For a fee: Solarium, Feng Shui-Whirlpools, breakfast -/ and half board. You wil also receive a 10% discount at the Rieder Sport Shop. Each of the 10 appartments should satisfy even the most discerning clientele.

3-room apartment 50 m2, south facing position, luxurious furnishings: entrance hall. Living room with dining corner and cable-TV. 1 room with 1 double bed. 1 room with 2 beds. Open kitchen (4 hotplates, dishwasher, micro wave, deep freezer). Shower/WC, sep. WC. Floor heating. Balcony, south facing position. Please note: apartment for non-smokers. Only 1 dog accepted. There is a high quality American water bed in the double bedroom (180 x 210 cm), some with an additional sleeping possibility. The second bedroom has either bunk beds or an additonal third sleeping possibility. Comfortable couch in the living room. Towel dryer and hairdryer in the bathroom. 1 set hand towels, bath towels and robes included in rental.NB: Each additional person (0-99 years) counts as additional occupancy and incurs a charge of EUR 49/week payable locally!
