Hochkrimml: very new, cosy, comfortable chalet, built in 2005, in a sunny position, 100 m from the ski-run. Private: terrace, garden furniture. In the house: central heating. Parking by the house. Grocers 3 km, restaurant 400 m. Bathing bay 4.5 km, tennis 500 m, ski lift, ski runs, ski school, cross-country ski trail 200 m. The chalet is situated in the wooded district of Filzstein by the Duxeralpe in Hochkrimml about 1600 m above sea level. 5 minutes walking distance from the chairlift of the Zillertal Arena and beside the ski runs there is a off-piste direct access to the chalet. It is also an ideal starting point for many walks and a large cross-country network. Coming from Zillertal, access is via a toll road (monthly card EUR 23) - coming from Mittersill toll-free.
