This country house lies on the edge of the village in a quiet neighbourhood. Occupying the whole of the ground floor (street level)of the house this large appartment has been recently refurbished and has its own entrance. In summer, the large shared garden is perfect for barbecues and enjoying the mountain views from a deck chair.

Summer attractions nearby include the Valley Music festival in May, Austria's longest summer toboggan track in Mieders, the new rope garden in Fulpmes and lifts to year-round snow on the Stubai glacier. Or simply enjoy the sun at the outdoor pools in Telfes and Kampl.
