Large, comfortable country house, on the outskirts, in a sunny position, 250 m from the ski-run. Private: large, well-kept garden 2'000 m2 lawn and plants, lawn sunning area. Private: outside shower, table tennis, patio, terrace, barbecue. In the house: sauna. Central heating. Linen change weekly. Parking by the house. Shop 250 m, grocers, supermarket 500 m, restaurant 50 m, bus stop 500 m, railway station Fügen 500 m. Swimming pool 750 m, thermal baths, tennis, riding stables 3 km, mountain lift 250 m, cable cabin, ski school, children's ski school, toboggan-run. The country house is directly by the Spieljochbahn run. The position is a great starting point for skiing, cross-country skiing, hikinh, mountain-biking and other sports. In summer, you can also enjoy the beautiful viewsover the Zillertal valley and the Tirollean mountain scenery from the garden. You can either spend evenings barbequing or in your sauna. There is also an open fireplace on the terrace. You can also sit comfortably outside on cool evenings in front of the fire.

Balcony. Terrace. Very nice panoramic view of the mountains and the countryside. Facilities: cot. One of the double rooms is a through room. The sauna and a spacious relaxation room are in the basement, from which you can enjoy excellent views over part of the Zillertal valley. There is a table tennis table in the shut-down indoor pool.
