Auhäusl - Description

Chalet Auhäusl, outside the resort, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position, directly by the woods edge. Private: garden, lawn sunning area, patio, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: washing machine. Bread roll service. Motor access to the house. Parking by the house. Grocers 3 km, restaurant 600 m, ski bus stop 300 m. Swimming pool 4 km, tennis 3 km, cable cabin 3 km. Ideal starting point for walkers, mountain bikers and for toboganning. When snow conditions are good you can ski straight from the house to the ski lift. Children can learn about the life of the animals in the nearby farm 300m away. Stove heating (sufficient wood at the house), electrical and oil radiators. There is plenty of parking space at the access. Please inform of any pets at the time of booking.

4-room house 75 m2 on 2 levels, rustic and cosy furnishings: entrance hall. Kitchen-/living room (4 hotplates, oven, dishwasher, micro wave, grill) with dining table, dining corner, satellite-TV, radio and tiled stove, exit to the garden. Shower, sep. WC. Upper floor: 1 double bedroom. 1 room with 2 beds. 1 room with 1 x 2 bunk beds. Terrace. Deck chairs (4). Lovely panoramic view of the mountains and the valley. Facilities: washing machine. The property has parquet flooring and a good deal of wooden furniture.
