Grocers 70 m, restaurant 50 m, outdoor swimming pool 2 km, indoor swimming pool 500 m. Tennis 1.3 km, skisport facilities 1.5 km, ski bus stop 30 m, cross-country ski trail 50 m. Please note: There are more similar properties for rent in this same residence. Walking and mountainbike routes from the house. Tobbogan run close by. The beautiful skiing region of Fuegen is close and can be visited using the free ski bus. Apartments for non smokers.

2-room apartment 75 m2 on 2nd floor: large living/dining room with 1 double sofa bed, dining corner, satellite-TV, radio and CD-player. Exit to the balcony, north facing position. Open alcove with 1 double bed. 1 room with 1 sofa bed, 1 double bed and shower/WC. Exit to the balcony, west facing position. Open kitchen (4 hotplates, oven, dishwasher, ceramic glass hob, freezer). 2 balconies. Terrace furniture. Very nice view of the mountains and the countryside. Please note: non-smokers only.
