Serfaus-Fiss is situated 80 km. south-west of Innsbruck. House Regina lies on a peaceful location but still only 1 km from the centre and the ski lifts from Fiss. On the ground floor of this newly built house you'll find a very comfortable and cosy apartment with a children's playground almost right in front of the door. Walking trails start from the house. You have your own entrance and lots of privacy. In front of the house lies a small terrace with garden furniture for you to enjoy.
