This detached millionaire's villa is located near Ellmau. This large country house on the south slope (many hours of sun) is located in one of the most beautiful locations in Ellmau. You have the basement level, ground floor, first and second floors all to yourself, privacy guaranteed. Overall, you have 400 m2 of living space on four levels with a total of 8 bedrooms and five bathrooms! On the ground floor there is more than enough living space including a well equipped living room/kitchen and a charming living room with an authentic Austrian tile stove and a charming living room with an open fireplace. On the second floor there is also a living room with open fireplace and open kitchen. There is an spacious garden with various seating areas. After a day of skiing, you can enjoy the wellness room in the basement, where there are two wonderful showers and a relaxation room and a Finnish sauna. All in all, unique in the Kitzbühel Alps.
