250 m from the lifts with connection to the "Skiwelt Wilder Kaiser-Brixental" ski area. A ski bus stop is 50 m from the house and brings you comfortably to the Hartkaiser lift, approx. 1.5 km away. The nearest access to the cross-country tracks is only 200 m away. Hotel facilities include a reception with hotel lounge, dining hall, two à la carte restaurants, a bar, a ski room as well as a spa area with sauna, steam room and infrared cabin. Solarium and massages can be booked and paid for locally. Free parking spaces are available at the hotel.

Furnishing/Board
The traditionally furnished rooms have a bath or shower with separate wc, cable TV, telephone and radio and balcony. The included half-board PLUS consists of a welcome drink, a breakfast buffet with organic corner, a skier's snack (daily from 16:00) and a 4-course evening meal with salad buffet. On Christmas and New Year's Eve special meals menus are served (incl.).
